Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-07

Use of the service

Peristyle Grocery Cart connects an AI assistant to your Kroger and Walmart shopping. You're responsible for reviewing items before checkout — the service fills a cart but never completes checkout or payment on your behalf.

Third-party stores

Kroger, Walmart and Amazon are independent companies. Your purchases are subject to their own terms, pricing, and availability. We are not responsible for order accuracy, fulfillment, or pricing at those stores.

As an Amazon Associate, Peristyle earns from qualifying purchases. Walmart cart links likewise carry our affiliate identifiers.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Product matches and prices returned by the assistant are suggestions — always confirm before adding items to a cart or checking out.
